Having Issues with NBAD Cards payment.

Although this app is well advertised, but there are so many issues.
What I faced was a major technical issue when paying from NBAD Cards. At final stage of payment there would be a popup to issue & input your OTP PIN but it doesnt support popup so you cant make payment.
I couldnt find any technical support for this error. Even chat option isnt working in this app.
Need more technical work on this app rather than marketing & advertisement of this app.
