Failed at registration level....prefer way to received code via email, nothing received in my email, tried sms, phone number doesnt exist...???

When you subscribe to deal of the day on the app, it gives you a different deal than the one it offered. Tried to resolve this issue with Etisalat but they didnt help. Total garbage and I am deleting the app

Etisalat Application is great, easy to use, and makes all services handy. I logged in using my online services user Id and password, and got all my get on board in seconds. Well done Etisalat and keep the good work.

I was amazed how easy and functional friendly this app is, unusual from etisalat as they always give craps all time. First, it takes no time to see your phone account, on the screen you will see total amount due, you data consumption and calls plus many other services that if u wanted to add u wouldve waited for hr to get now its available in just one click. This time etisalat you proof that you still can improve.

Although this app is well advertised, but there are so many issues. What I faced was a major technical issue when paying from NBAD Cards. At final stage of payment there would be a popup to issue & input your OTP PIN but it doesnt support popup so you cant make payment. I couldnt find any technical support for this error. Even chat option isnt working in this app. Need more technical work on this app rather than marketing & advertisement of this app.

So you sell Iphone 6 and 6+ and when you update your app you dont optimize it for iphone 6 and 6+ screens?

It crashes. Doesnt really work for iphone 6 keeps crashing and needs updating.

Bills not accurate and always difference between web bills and mobile app bills !!!! Also very confusing app you dont know how to find information and needed services !!!! Nice GUI is not enough!
