Does not work abroad

This app works fine while in the UAE but as soon as youre out.
It keeps on crashing over and over and over.
I have been trying this for the last 6 months. Honestly I cant believe I waited this long to bring this issue up. So far have given up.
Also, it would be great if people can just add or register their secondary numbers for erewards options right from this app.
They keep on telling I have to visit the main branch. Why??
