App seems hard to use and difficult navigation paths , registration part is not that accurate. It keeps on giving me errors

This app started out great, but continually gets worse. Now you can only use local cards and it doesnt update purchases immediately anymore. The convenience and purpose of this app are fading away.

This was alright at the start and now constantly getting worse and for the past month wont even open just keeps crashing. What a waste of space...will be deleting suggest you all do the same

This app hasnt worked once. It crashes all the time, in multiple places. Not worth it.

But some of the info related the packages we own or if you try to subscribe for a new package; do not represent accurate data. Like if you subscribe to unlimited daily plan that you should pay 5 AED per day; it acts like you have a 50 MB package and when you reach the limit it starts to take your credit as pay as you go option. Within the info of the package it says the speed will drop after 50 MB but never says youll be counted as pay as you go after 50 MB. And if you call them not only they dont speak good English but they say that you are actually subscribed to 50 MB package which means the app is actually subscribing you to a different package while showing you something else..!

Doesnt work 7/10 times keeps telling me to connect to internet when I have wifi and data

Etisalat should NOT charge its users in terms of data while using this application. Its defeats the purpose of the application.

- Bad and old design. - Annoying connection issues. - No creativity. - Bugs.

Its one of the best apps that etisalat released, its very flexible to pay my bills and to see my usage in the app.

This app works fine while in the UAE but as soon as youre out. It keeps on crashing over and over and over. I have been trying this for the last 6 months. Honestly I cant believe I waited this long to bring this issue up. So far have given up. Also, it would be great if people can just add or register their secondary numbers for erewards options right from this app. They keep on telling I have to visit the main branch. Why?? Hope you guys look into it. Thanks

Payment option doesnt work as keyboard doesnt show. Current bill cannot be seen. App not updated for new bigger screens.

Cant connect to internet while connected to internet. Wont stay logged in to my account. Advised repeatedly to uninstall and reinstall. Cant pay bills. Frustrating.
